The Software part is a complete solution that provides a platform for you to sell your Software besides its Licenses that is tied to a “Licensed” product via the “License Manager” settings in the product edit page.
For each software item we can specify various options like “Type” (which identifies the software type), “Gallery”, “Support” (details about support), etc. Those details will be displayed on the product single page
Release Management
The Software part supports Release management, a feature which is useful if you have specific Software you sell Licenses for and you want to use the REST API to provide updates for it. (eg, WordPress theme or Plugin). The REST API comes with handy endpoints for this purpose.
